I have a Mac device, sometimes Dorico sound will play, and others it won’t. I’ve tried everything that was suggested and the problem persists. I’m working on a composition I need to finish by Monday. Please respond as soon as you can. Thanks.

When you don’t have sound, please choose from Dorico’s menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. That createas a zip file on your desktop. Please attach that file to a reply here. Thanks

At first sight it all looks fine to me. The only thing I see in the logs is, that you sometimes invoke solo or mute on channels. Could it be that you do that via keyboard shortcut unintentionally?
For example, if you happen to solo the Tempo track, then that will solo the DoricoBeep channel, that is the one for the metronome. So in turn, if you don’t have the metronome switched on, but put a solo on it, then in consequence you won’t hear anything any more.
So if you don’t have sound any more, please check in the Dorico Mixer window (F3) the solo/mute status of every channel.
I checked that and everything is unmuted. Still have no sound, for a moment I had sound on most of the instruments except for piano.
