No sound, the Stereo Out is lost, no master on my mix console

Good morning,
my “track” Stereo Out, master has disappeared and I can no longer get output sound, I am advised to reset Cubase 15 pro, without uninstalling it but I cannot do it.
Also, my (Avid) M Box Studio sound card is recognized as an output device in the studio configuration. I really need technical help with factory reset.

Hi,

The Stereo Out bus comes from the Studio > Audio Connections > Outputs. You have to Add Bus > Stereo. This will create the Stereo Out bus.

Or, one can use Control Room, then it needs to be connected to the interface output ports.

Switch it to your preferred language.

Yes, but even in this case, the Stereo Out bus has to be present, to be able to send the signal to any output.

The routing is the following:

  • Audio Track > Stereo Out (set to None) > Control Room (set to your Audio Port).
