Hi, when I import midi files, I don’t get any sound from the instruments, regardless they are already created before the import process, or created during the import process. My workaround is to insert a new instrument from scratch and copy/paste the midi track there.
Any suggestions?

You could try applying (or re-applying) a Playback Template via the Play menu.
