I’ve only recently started using Dorico, so it’s a bit challenging.
I wish there were no spaces in between first bar.

You can remove the indentation via a layout option. Press Ctrl+Shift+L (or select [Library > Layout Options] from the menu) to open the options window. Then change the following value:
