No Steinberg tech support option on website, only registration

Tried to fill in a support ticket - my Cubase is hanging on start up (again).

See the pic for options: - no tech support option, only registration . I found a way around by opening an old support ticket.

Choose one and click Continue, you’ll be able to select tech support on the next page where you fill the ticket.

A beautiful example for bad design. Two options, none of them let’s the user chose what they actually want but it is mandatory to chose one.

Like the “Buy Now” button, when a user actually want’s top know the price and that’s all.
