No Sub Menu Visible

Hi.
I was using Cubase Elements 9.5.41 very well, no bug. I upgrade to CE 10.
Cubase Elements 10.0.10 is launching well on my win8.1. Top menu are visible, but all sub menu aren’t visible… i can’t see nothing, like new project, close project, export, etc…

I’ve already uninstall every version of cubase before reinstall only CE 10. It still dont work. anyone with the same trouble?

Make sure, your Windows 8.1 is up to date, please.

If it doesn’t help, what graphic card do you use, please? Make sure your driver is up to date.
