No Time signature at beginning of piece

Hi!
I read that there was an issue with divisi and disappearing time signatures. I have a similar problem, only that it occurs at the very beginning of a piece!

In the beginning of an orchesta score I have strings set to divisi and the time signature (of the first bar of the piece!) vanished. I don’t see how I can get it back. Not having a time signature at the beginning of a piece is not an option unfortunalety. Can anybody help?

Max, can you please post the file here so someone can take a look? Sometimes it’s possible to diagnose these sorts of things on the fly, but usually not.

This is quite embarrassing, but I can’t. I kept editing and at some point, Idk exactly when, the Time signature just reappeared. This kind of behaviour however is sending some chills down my spine…
