no track effects on mp3 exports

I have Cubase 9 AI which came with the Steinberg UR44. I’m new to this so I’m hoping it’s something simple. I recorded several songs using some of the pre-set effects for vocals. I’ve done export to mp3 on several that sound great. Recently, all new exports to mp3 do not have the effects (reverb, delay…) on them. Something has changed and I can’t figure it out.

Select the correct output bus for mixdown.
