I’ll upload the template.. remember it works fine if you load it as a project. It needs to be put into the project templates folder and then opened from within Cubase as a template.
I saved the file alongside the other user templates In
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 15_64\Project Templates , then opened it from the list of templates in the Hub.
Seems to work correctly.
This may be a Mac only thing? Let’s see if there are other reports or comments from users.
I am seeing the same issue on CB15 - when I create a new project from a template (any template - Steinberg shipped and my own) the project is empty.
What do you mean by updating MediaBay? I have had MediaBay open and I gave it permission to access folders, checked that I can see my template in there, but I’m still seeing the issue.
I suspect others will hit this issue. I came from CB14 and installed CB15 using the Download Assistant and installed everything in My Products. I didn’t see any download for Media Bay in there so had to use the link above and install it manually to make project templates work again.
The same issue occurred on Cubase 15 on Windows 11 as well.
Installing the latest version of MediaBay resolved the problem.
