Hello! I use cubase 10 pro, I can not use Padshop. Cubase completely reinstalled and nothing.

cubase writes
-no valid license detected for padshop. Please Connect your eLicenser and click ‘retry’. Make sure to have an up-to-date version of the License Control center


I press retry and nothing
Help!

I think you may have installed the separate Padshop as well as the included version, I did the same, and in removing I cant get padshop to show in VST instruments, and have been waiting since the 17th of November for Steinberg to help

Re-run the full version of the Cubase installer. Does that restore Padshop for you?
