When attempting to launch Cubase 12.0.51, I get a no license error. E-licenser still shows Spectral layers 6, Cubase 11 update to 12 and Absolute 3 (which I attempted to uninstall from my computer) perhaps I deleted something by mistake?

Cubase 12 no longer uses the eLicenser. Its license is handled by the Steinberg Activation Manager. Please make sure that you have the latest version (1.4.11) installed.
It should be automatically updated when you run the Steinberg Download Assistant.
The Activation manager gives an error “Steinberg License Engine is not responding.” After restart and reinstalling everything trying to launch Cubase 12 results in the No valid License found." error.
