Cubase pro 9.5 on windows 10. Cubase will not start. I get the following message : No valid license found. The program will quit now. I get two options - ‘ok’ or ‘start license activation’.
I have been using the program for months. I have it registered at My Steinberg. I don’t know if it is a problem with my eLicenser? See attached screenshots of my eLicenser control centre and the fail message I get when trying to open Cubase.
Can someone tell me what the remedy is? Or how to submit a support request to Steinberg? When I try and do that I get taken around in a loop back to the initial support page…what’s going on there?
