Hi.
The eLicenser Control Center shows my dongle, the red light is on so I assume it is working, but associated products do not locate the license. Every time I attempt to start up a programme an error message comes up stating there is no valid license and there is an option to start license activation given. If I click on that and enter the code it simply says code already used, and then it closes.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the eLicenser, tried different USB ports, tried reinstalling Cubase and tried the same with WaveLab…all with the same results.
I am using a Mac with El Capitan if that is a potential issue.
