No way to activate DORICO 4 Need help with grace period activation from 3.5 to 4.0

I updated Dorico 3.5 to Doricoo 4 last January, but didn’t use it immediately. In March, recently I wanted to use this new version and when I want to open it, I have the message “product not activated”. For several days, I tried in vain to activate it: nothing to do. And customer service does not respond to my request for assistance.
What a mess!
Help me please!
