I accidentally downloaded and installed the Hallion 3.10 upgrade along with a 6.10 upgrade and prior to the hubs opening I get a window that says something about how Haleon factory presets are not installed I can understand what I did but there is no where in the control panel to delete these files I am using windows 10. cubase 9.5 pro
Try going to the Start Menu> Settings>Programs and Features (on the right side)>View Installed Updates. If the upgrade is listed there, you should be able to remove it.

it leads you back to the control panel where there is no Halion update 3.1.10 and or 6.1.10. the only solution is to delete each file from its directory and when booting cubase 9.5 pro. click remove when the prompt appears
