I’m facing an issue with the cubase audio pool window where some of my audio is missing, but cubase does not seem to think so. This happened when I was reorganizing my filing system and moving a whole bunch of audio files around. When I launched the session and directed it to the new folder with the audio, some of the paths loaded incorrectly. For much of the audio, cubase believes an audio folder itself is the audio file. When I click reveal in finder, it brings me to the folder the audio folder is located in. It also says image unavailable for these items.
Attached is a screen shot of my media pool with successfully located audio and unsuccessfully located audio. Is there a way to force re-write the path?
That looks strange indeed.
Hello and welcome to the forum.
Maybe you can force Cubase to accept that files are missing by renaming the folder those entries are pointing to. Maybe change “Audio” to “Fiesta”, then load the project. Once you succeed you can give the folder its former name.
