not able to download Cubase 11

i have purchased cubase 11 pro
downloaded Steinberg Download Assistant
then try to login thro google chrome and Ms Edge both them i was not able to logged in

i make sure grant access for cookies and java and i also turned off antivirus pro since Steinberg Download Assistant considered as malware software in my antivirus bitdefender , upto now i am not able to download thro Steinberg Download Assistant ( new version ) because old one cubase 10.5 is working fine. i need solution

I have the same problem I spend more time trying to get to get this really crappy assistant to work it needs replacing come on cubase you can do better
