Hi, I am trying to redownload the app after I had to delete it because it was unnecessarily taking up 5gb of space on my device, without there being any files. Now it is asking me to pay for the app again. I called Apple and they told me to contact you guy. How do I redownload the app again? Thank you

Please follow the steps in the App Store article below to redownload Cubasis on your device:
If you still encounter issues, make sure you’ve selected the correct Cubasis version (e.g., Cubasis 2, Cubasis 3, or Cubasis LE). If you purchased the Full Feature Set IAP within Cubasis LE, download the LE app first, then open the in-app store and tap “Restore in-app purchases”.

Hi - the cubasis app does not show under not on this device. I had this problem happen last time aand i believe it was you that I spoke to.
And it was cubasis 3 that i purchased in 2022. There is no app visible in this menu.
The app was hidden for some reason but even after u un-hide it - it is still not visible anywhere for redownload.

Please send me a copy of your Apple App Store receipt via private message so we can verify whether the wrong app version was downloaded.
In addition, the steps outlined in the Apple support article are required to reinstall existing apps. So far, we’re not aware of any issues reinstalling Cubasis from the App Store.

I just gave it a check on my iPhone SE 2022.
These are the steps.
Pre-Requisite
Check Apple ID: Make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID that you used to purchase the app.
Steps
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap the Search tab at the bottom.
- Search for the app you want to reinstall.
- Tap the cloud with a down arrow icon next to the app to redownload it.
