We have recently purchased a Dorico 6 Multi-User License for our institution and plan to deploy it on several shared computers (both Windows and macOS) used by students and faculty members. Each device may be accessed by multiple users through different Active Directory (AD) domain accounts on Windows or Network Accounts on macOS.
Dorico 6 has been installed and activated under one local admin user account. It runs normally under that account. However, when another user logs in, Dorico shows that it is not activated and displays an error indicating that essential playback components (such as HALion Sonic SE and Groove Agent SE) are missing.
Could you please advise on the correct procedure to configure Dorico 6 Multi-User License in a classroom or shared-computer environment across both Windows and macOS platforms?
I found this guide online: Multiuser Deployment Manual,
but in the Activation Manager, I cannot find the “All Users” mode option mentioned in the guide.
