Not logged in to Activation Manager

Hello,

I’m using the latest Steinberg Activation Manager ans windows version 22h2.
I logged in with Steinberg Activation Manager, the browser opened with a successful connection to my Steinberg account, then the Activation Manager is not responding, not logging me.

What to do ?

What do you mean by not responding?

After the connection in the browser is successful you can close the browser window and then got back to the Activation Manager you should be able to see your login by clicking on the little avatar.

What do you see there?

are you sure you are running latest version? wasn’t there a message that if you didn’t update before mid December you would need to update the SDA manually?

did you just freshly install the Activation Manager or did you update it after you had it already installed for a while?

What browser are you using as default browser?

It might be helpful if you could show us the console output of the browser when you are on the page that you see in the screenshot.

If your browser is Microsoft Edge you would need to go to the upper-right menu → “More tools” → “Developer tools” and there select the Console tab.

There might be an error message hinting to what the problem is.

I assume you don’t see this little dialogue that says “This site is trying to open Steinberg Activation Manager.“ in the attached screenshot?
