Not receiving activation code

Hello,

does anyone know what you should do if you purchased Dorico 6 Edu from the official Steinberg website and did not receive an activation code? A few weeks have passed and I have contacted SteinbergSupport but they do not reply to anything. What should I do?

PM me the email address you used to make the purchase and I investigate.

I can see you contacted support 2 days ago. I found your order and have just resent the order confirmation emails. Please check your emails for the activation code, including any junk/spam folders.
