My laptop recognises that the UR22mkii is connected (it shows up in audio settings and I have plugged headphones into the interface and can hear my electric piano through that).
But its not showing up in VST connections.
Have tried through devices/device setup and through devices/VST connections. All that is available is the laptop’s microphone (Realtek array).
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, Somewhat similar issue here. Downloaded and installed Cubase AI 11. Worked fine for a few days. Then after unplugging interface and plugging back in, Cubase doesn’t recognize interface (UR22 MKII). No sound waves, nothing. My workaround has been to open in safe mode each time and manually select the interface as the input. But am not given this option when opening regularly.
