Curious if there is any sort of feature to make something like the figure on the right look more like the figure on the left? I created the left figure in Engrave mode but that seems a bit tedious. Is there anything I can toggle to get a similar effect?
Perhaps you could use L.V. ties?

As @jesele stated.
You can then select all LH anchor points and move them, then LR.
Moving a fixed tie L/R at the same time (as vertical) does not work. It seems you need to do it twice. You may need to add extra horizontal space as well;
Not the best solution, and the ties also need correction in orientation and vertical placement;
Tedious work.
Not that I know of.
