Notating syncopated dotted 8th notes

I’ve got a score which I want to write as dotted 8th notes in 4/4, that is, 3,3,2 16th notes, like this.

But Dorico writes it broken up and tied over the beat. Like this…

I’ve looked all thru Notation Options but I’m not seeing anything that helps. Any ideas?

Use Force Duration.

…and if you’re importing MusicXML files, check your Preferences within Dorico for MusicXML import. You can turn off automatic re-beaming/re-grouping.
