Note Expression Midi In erease if no midi keyboard on

Hi,
I found some issue usages of the “Note Expression midi in”. I can create it and it’s ok to use it for MPE.

But the problem is : From the moment I open at least one project without my midi keyboard turned on, the Note Expression midi In is erease from the Cubase settings.
And then I have to recreate it each time.

Do you have the same behavore ? Is there a way to not be anoing more with that ?
