Only square shapes appear.

How should I change the code you provided in score to notehead?
This is actually not a notehead, it’s a note with a duration of 16/2.
However if you want only the notehead which is a double whole square notehead it’s this one
For this purpose you could create a custom notehead set
I’m using a similar set for recitation notes in liturgical chants
