Well, you want five crotchet beats in the space of three. So, at the start of the bar, you need to open the Tuplet Popover by pressing ; and then enter 5:3q (which means 5 quarter notes in the space of 3). Then you can put the required durations at the correct position within that tuplet.

After that, you’ll probably need to hide the tuplet bracket and number.

Or just create a bar of 5/4, and hide the time sig.

But either way, you’re trying to make something fit that’s too big.
