Note input without the keyboard

Can I input notes without using the keyboard? I would like to do it by tapping directly on the staff with the Apple Pencil. I find it really weird that this is not the default way. I don’t know if this is currently possible

No it’s not currently possible, but many people requested it (including me, IIRC)

Hi guys,

I won’t use Dorico for iPad UNTIL I can input notes with the pencil. This was a big disappointment for me. Also, the sounds are pretty awful.

You’re right, they are pretty dire. We’re hoping that NotePerformer will be released for the iPad.
