If Playback Settings > Timing > Note durations is set to 100%, two consecutive notes at the same pitch might not have their MIDI note events play in the correct order — the note-off of the first can fire after the note-on of the second, rendering the second note very short. This is easily visible in any VST Plugin that has a MIDI log, such as Pianoteq. MIDI Export does not appear to be affected.
