Note performer stopped working

Hi. - I’ve opened a Dorico 6 file on my Mac Book Pro. No sounds from Note Performer. Noteperformer is loading correctly (in terms of there being correct instances with correct instruments), nothings muted, levels are correct, everything there as it was previously and the same file plays perfectly on my Mac Studio. What’s the Laptop doing wrong? I’m on Mac Sequoia 15.7.3 and Dorico Version 6.2.30.6245 (May 29 2026), Dorico 6 AudioEngine Version 6.1.0.13. Any ideas gratefully. received! Neil

Hi @Neilr ,

please have a look at my posting in this thread. If that is not your problem, then please load a project (which produces no sound) and then do from the Dorico menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. The corresponding zip file please attach to a reply here.

Thanks Aaron - I did yes. It was my device output setting which had turned off for some reason. Thanks for responding.
