Note-spacing issue

Hi! I have this problem with Dorico 4 spacing incorrectly.
Bar 33:

The cause is an instrument-change in oboe2 to en.hrn
If I turn of the condensing:

Bug? How to fix?

Yes, it’s a bug, caused by the limitation that Dorico can’t handle instrument changes and condensing. I’d suggest trying to ensure that change happens at a system break, and use a condensing change to prevent the oboes from condensing at that point.
