Now that I’ve had some more time to listen and compare older audio exports, I notice the same things. The saxophones indeed sound like they switched to plastic toy instruments and in the brass I too hear what @clancyweeks described as ‘blooming’ in another topic. I never touched Noteperformer’s reverb settings (or Dorico’s for that matter). I’ve requested the installer for 5.0.1 through the support form at Noteperformer’s website which I hope they can provide.
