Notion iOS has pretty good staff pad like handwriting recognition i.e. “double tap outside measure to force recognition” with 2nd gen Apple pencil and the button on a Microsoft Surface pen (earlier pen versions use a timer to trigger recognition which is……bad). The app itself is excellent.
