NotePerformer not working/blacklisted

I bought NotePerformer today. I installed it. It appears on the VST rack and such when I change the playback template, but it doesn’t sound, nor does the mixer appear when I click the ‘e’. I have already attempted to reinstall NP with no luck. I switched audio drivers = nothing. I cleared vst scan cache, and I see that the scan of NP timed out and that it will be blacklisted. I included a screenshot of this. I have previously used NP free trial with Dorico, and it worked like a charm. Any help is appreciated.

Do you happen to have an AMD graphics card? If so, then most likely you have the same issue as has been already reported and discussed in another thread. In any case, in order to find out more, please follow the instructions I gave in that thread.
