About the same with me. Last time I logged in was to update the Scorch plugin on my G4 so that I could do something on the Hal Leonard site (one of the 3 or 4 reasons I still have a G4) … no idea how many years ago that was. Asked me to update my info but not my password. Problem was that, in Chrome, when I went to check out—the site would crash telling me to contact Support with this error number … but no error number or way to contact support. Grrr…

Ok, normally FireFox will connect with anything but noooooo… So I tried Safari and it worked while I had a chat session with an Avid support person. Heck, I could have driven to the Santa Clara location and back in the amount of time it took. Avid support didn’t actually help except to assure me that she saw the next step being completed on her screen—did I see it yet? Knowing that progress was being made was help enough and kept me from abandoning the quest.
