After I reset to factory in layout option, it becomes that.
How do I fix it ?

Switch to Engrave Mode.
Make sure you have Signposts visible.
Select and Delete all Systembreaks and all Framebreaks.

A faster way:
There is a Menu “Reset Layout” (it is not in Layout Options), instead:
Engrave > Format Music Frames > Reset Layout.
Make sure, you have the right Layout selected before applying.
