And when selecting notes, I am unable to select notes by clicking above them, but I can select notes by clicking on the blank space below them.

It seems to be a situation that occurred after my Windows updated. Previously, the alignment was correct.

Are you using a Nvidia card?
Did you install the drivers in studio mode?

Second. Intel UHD 770
The monitor connect with Nvidia Card

I have no idea what might cause this, but here are some troubleshooting steps I would take if it happened on my system.

I presume some config value needs to be reset

  • If possible, Plug your monitor into the built in video port.

  • Restart your machine

  • Plug your monitor into nvidia card
    Run Cubase, and in Preferences>General turn off HiDPI

In Windows System Settings>Display settings Set Scaling to zero and make sure you Custom Scaling is zero also

I finally fix this problem by restore my system fonts
do you use any toolkits like noMeiryoUI or MacType to replacement you system default GUI fonts?Uninstall them and restore your system fonts
