Notes cut off when changing tracks

Ever since Cubase 10 I noticed that if a long note is being played back (like a drum loop, for example) in a selected track (either VSTi or MIDI) and then I select another track (while having the “Enable REC on Selected Midi Tracks” = ON), the note stops playing back.

I tested that in Cubase 9.5 and it does not happen.
Id does not matter whether I have the ASIO-Guard on or off.

Any ideas?

Check this thread… It is supposed to be fixed in the next maintenance update.
