notes not cutting off

I’ve been using LE5 for about 6 years; haven’t recorded any new tracks in a long, long while.

I decided to start simple and just add a new track to an existing arrangement. Well, I keep getting a long sustain when I play back the newly recorded track - not an echo, just the notes over lap and don’t cut out for a long time. I made sure the Local On is OFF, so it’s not that

Hi,

Make sure there is no MIDI loop in your setup.

Also be aware Cubase LE5 is not compatible with current Windows/macOS.
