Each time we decrease the size of a midi container, notes are staying even out of the container. Is there a simple way to remove all these notes instead of select all and delete ?

There are two ways of cutting MIDI parts, destructive and non-destructive. The destructive deletes the data you cut. To do so, use the Scissors tool and really cut the MIDI Part. The non-destructive cut is to resize the MIDI Part. If you extend the MIDI Part after, all MIDI Notes are there.
