I wrote two 16ths notes and four 64ths. when I used a tie, Dorico gave me this, which I found quite strange. I would like to have the first A as a 16th note, tied to the second A, 64th. GOT IT SOLVED WITH FORCE DURATION

Force duration is your friend. Don’t forget you can lock it on too if you want to. [I always need this in my new complexity scores.]
The reason it does this, is to preserve the beat grouping of whatever your time signature is.
thank you very much for the answer, but I don´t understand it. For me the beat/subdivision grouping would be in eight notes: 2 16ths (1st eight note) and 4 64ths + 2 32ths (2nd eight note). Not 1 16th, 1 64th, 1 16th, 3 64ths 2 32 ths
