Notes vanish from condensed parts during a few bars of piece

I have a score where clarinet 2&3 have semi chromatic runs in unison before playing chords in harmony afterwards. for some reason these bar are showing blank in the score its self. all the notes are there in the galley view

i have a similar problem in the alto sax 1&2 where they have unions notes followed by union runs. which also aren’t showing in the full score.

any solutions??

i figured it out, some how the key change was missing from these parts and only these parts
