Nothing happens on mouse click

Very strange stuff →

5 min’s into working with Cubase some weird stuff happens.
When I click certain commands I get no respond…

For example:

Taskbar

  1. File → Import → audio file
  2. Nothing happens

(i hot keyed this command to my keyboard with “i” when I tap it like 20 times finally my browser window shows up)

2 other examples

Groove agent one

  1. Right click sample name → replace sample
  2. Nothing happens

Taskbar

  1. File → backup project
  2. nothing happens

So it seems when a “browser window” should open it doesn’t…
