Novation Launchkey MK4 61 notes not entering in Cubase LE AI Elements 12

I installed the Novation Launchkey MK4 61, updated the firmware, and the Midi remote controller inside Cubase. I can see the keyboard design in Cubase and Midi input “Launchkey MK4 61 MIDI” and “MIDIN2 (Launchkey MK4 61 MIDI)”. Cubase receives midi signals as the Midi input level is moving when i touch any key or slider.

I had to connect the Launchkey as WinRT, because my ASUS Vivobook/windows 11 is installing the driver on midi port 11.

The Keyboard is with red leds and pads in white. The screen says "Cubase LE AI Elem "

In Cubase/inspector, I have an instrument. If I open it and touch the keyboard on the screen I can hear sounds. As MIDI input I have All Midi Inputs and in Midi Channel "Any ".

When pressing keys, the midi notes are not reaching the instrument so no sound is play ed.

I have the MIDIBerry microsoft software who detects the no tes.

AI Gemini says Cubase is not able to distinguish the Remote control channel from the Midi n otes.

I installed the Cubase LE 15 who is coming in Novation bundle. Same pr oblem.

What shoul d I do?

If you’re using WinRT MIDI in Cubase, select the option to use System Timestamps.

The fix for that started rolling out this week, but takes up to 30 days to be enabled for everyone.

Many thanks Psychlist!!! It works with Timestamps!

What do you mean with Microsoft fix ? You will allow Midi channels 1 to 9 ¿?

The timestamp fix. We were sending incorrect timestamps.
