While browsing the forum a bit, I believe I’ve found our answer to this issue:
Steinberg has acknowledged the bug: in Transport mode, scrubbing to the left no longer worked in MIDI Remote scripts. This issue has already been fixed for Mackie Control and CC121 in Cubase 14.0.31, and a patch for the official MIDI Remote scripts will be included in the next maintenance release.
