Nuage not working with Cubase

I have Nuage working with Nuendo 13 - no problem as long as Nuendo is DAW A in the workgroup manager of Nuage. But Cubase is not working at all. I tried Cubase also as DAW A - but it´s not working. Also when I reinstall the Nuage Windows Tools and build only one workgroup with only Cubase. No way to get Nuage working with Cubase. I downloaded the “newest” version of Nuage Windows Tools - called 2.20 from Yamaha, but the workgroup manager is still Version 2.12.
My os is Windows 11, Nuage is connected only to one cumputer over Ethernet (no RS232).

We finally solved the issue. And this is how:

  • Complete re-installation (clean Windows 11)
  • Installing all system drivers (but NO YAMAHA stuff yet)
  • Install the latest graphic driver (NIVIDA G-FORCE)
  • MAKE SURE THAT IN WINDOWS SCALLING is SET to 100% (AND NOTHING ELSE) ON THE SCREENS YOU WANT TO USE FOR THE FADERS
  • Reboot the system
  • Now install the Yamha Nuage 2.20 Windows Pack and Yamaha Dante
  •  Reboot the system
  • Add the Master and the Faders to the Workgroup Manager
  • Now Install the Steinberg products
  •  Add Cubase and Nuendo to the Workgroup Manager

Everything is running as long as it is DAW A. DAW A, means when you run Nuendo, Nuendo needs to be DAW A and when you run Cubase, Cubase needs to be DAW A, but it´s easy to swap in the workgroup manager.
