Nudge video by frame

I’m really struggling to find a simple way to achieve this simple task in C10 (pro). All I want to do is line up a video sequence from frame 00:45:14:09 for example, and put that at bar 1.

I can’t see any easy way to do this, can anyone help?

Maybe you don’t know that you can edit video? Just cut the video and audio at that point, drag to bar 1, voila.
