Nuendo 10.3 - can't record audio - no signal

While Nuendo 10.2.20 working absolutely ok Nuendo 10.3 can’t record from any audio input.
My interface shows incoming signal but it is not visible in Nuendo 10.3
Audio engine is set up correctly, audio connections are ok

My system is OSX 10.14.6 (Mojave), iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
Apogee Symphony MK1

Anyone has same problem with N 10.3 ?

I had this same issue. Here is what I got from support that worked for me.

“Check in Security and Privacy in System Preferences under Microphone section that Nuendo is check marked. Also check under the automation tab in this same menu.”

Once it was checked then I was able to record/playback in Nuendo.
