Nuendo 12 can not see steinberg VST3 instruments

N 12 missing vst 3 instruments like Padshop Retrologue Groove agent se and groove agent 4 etc.
I try to rescan in plugin manager but N 12 can see only halion sonic and one third party plugin.

I tried to reinstall Retrologue and Padshop via download manager but without any success.

please advice

osx Catalina 16 Gb RAM 4 core i 7

in plugin manager I aded path to missing plugins and still nothing

Try to update to MacOs Monterey or Big Sur…
