Nuendo 12 crashes with NI product

Nuendo 12 crash’s every time.Using Komplete Kontrol and a Komplete mk 2 66 key keyboard. Crashes on page up and page down as well as other crashes that I do not remember the keys that caused it.

Using a brand new very powerful computer…
I have many crash reports pointing to native I products.

I’m using the same Komplete Kontrol s61 mk2 with Cubase 12 and have not experienced any crashes that can be traced to it.
Is there any consistency in the crashes? Would you be able to write a step-by-step so other users can verify the issue?

Hi,

Could you attach the crash/dmp file, please?

Can you please post what that is?

Could be a problem with their software, then?
There was an update, last week I think…

Hi,

We would need the source DMP file to be able to resolve it.

Thank you
